パラメータ

index
新しい行を追加する、コレクション内の位置。
cellValues
オプションパラメーター。新しい行を初期化するためのセル値を指定します。配列の要素数が列の数より多い場合、または値を対応する列のデータ型に変換できない場合は、例外がスローされます。

戻り値の型

コレクションに追加された新しい行を返します。
